At GullClothes, we want every order to arrive as expected. This page explains our return and refund policy, including claim eligibility, return conditions, required proof, and refund processing time for made-to-order products.

1. General Policy

Contact us first.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact support@gullclothes.com within 30 days of delivery so our team can review your request.

2. Cancellations

Before production only.

All products are made to order. Production may begin as quickly as 6 hours after the order is placed, so cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted before production starts.

3. Exchanges

Order details must be confirmed at checkout.

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges for customer-selected mistakes such as incorrect size, design, quantity, or shipping address.

Eligible Claims

Refunds or replacements may be approved if the item arrives with a qualifying issue.

Returns and refunds are accepted when the delivered product materially differs from what was ordered or arrives in unacceptable condition.

• The product arrives damaged or shattered.
• The design is not as ordered.
• The size differs from what was ordered.
• The material differs from what was ordered.
• You receive a different product than the one ordered.
• The item significantly differs from its description on our website.

Approved returns are handled by mail.

Defective products: We provide the return shipping label
Customer remorse: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Non-returnable items: sale items, custom products, special orders, and personalized items are not eligible for return unless otherwise confirmed by our support team.
Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must meet these conditions.

• In original condition and original packaging
• Original tags must still be attached
• Not worn or washed
• Not modified in any way
• Not damaged after delivery unless the issue is our fault
• Minor repairable issues such as removable loose threads are generally not treated as defects
Required Proof

Please include supporting evidence with your request.

• Shipping label or delivery receipt
• Proof of purchase or order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• Screenshots of relevant email communication, if applicable

Carefully pack the return and send it using a traceable shipping method after approval.

Email your return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to our support team.

Important notice
Packages returned without prior authorization may not be accepted, and no refund can be issued if the returned package is not received.
Refund Timing

What happens after your return is received

Once the returned item arrives and is approved, refund processing may take up to 2 business days. After that, your bank or card issuer may need an additional 10 to 15 days to post the funds to your account.

Processing: up to 2 business days after receipt
Confirmation: email notification once processed
Refund amount: full refund of the initial order, including the original shipping fee you paid
Bank posting: allow 10 to 15 days depending on your issuer
