2. Order Processing and Shipping Times
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time. Please refer to the table below for estimated times:

Please Note: Public holidays, destination countries, and couriers may also affect shipping times. Please allow extra time for unforeseen circumstances. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
3. Delivery Information
- Shipment to Multiple Addresses: Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
- Delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses: Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
4. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments from the U.S., we operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and do not collect Value Added Taxes (VAT). Any taxes, duties, or customs fees applied upon arrival in your country are the recipient’s responsibility. Depending on the destination country, your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on your country’s customs policies.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays or lost packages may occasionally occur. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@gullclothes.com so we can assist you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. GullClothes is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
7. Returns and Refunds
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
