Please review these billing terms before placing an order with GullClothes. This page explains how payments are collected, how shipping charges and taxes are handled, how order acceptance works, and what to expect for cancellations, refunds, and payment security.

1. Payment Methods

Payment is collected in full at checkout.

We require full payment when the order is placed. GullClothes accepts secure payment methods made available during checkout, including major credit cards and PayPal where offered.

2. Sales Tax

Applicable tax is calculated based on the shipping destination.

Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated at checkout according to the shipping address and applicable tax laws. Any additional local taxes or government-imposed charges remain the customer’s responsibility.

3. International Orders

Customs duties and import taxes are not included unless stated otherwise.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and related clearance fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are paid by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are shown before you place the order.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, and the size or weight of the order. Final shipping costs are displayed before payment is completed.

Order Acceptance
Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order request, but it does not guarantee that the order has been accepted for fulfillment. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for operational, payment, stock, or verification reasons. If an order is canceled by us after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Changes

Cancellation and modification requests must be made quickly.

Because our products are made to order, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted before production begins. Once an order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible claims are reviewed under our return policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund according to our policy terms.

• Requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Return eligibility depends on item condition and supporting proof
• Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is caused by our error
Payment Security

Your payment information is processed through secure systems.

GullClothes uses secure third-party payment services to process transactions. We do not state or display full card details on public pages, and payment information is handled through standard encrypted checkout systems.

Orders may be reviewed for payment verification or fraud screening before fulfillment when necessary.
